Wife has major stroke, Edgars couldnt care....

So my wife has a major stroke & has spent the last 5 weeks lying on her back, paralyzed on the left side, in hospital. It is likely she will spend the next few months there. Before the stroke she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder affecting her lungs. Naturally, since she in paralyzed & in hospital, she has been unable to meet her commitment & arrangement with Edgars & her account is in arrears. What is the reaction from Edgars? List her on the credit bureau as a slow payer (I assume handing her over is next) & charge her excessive \late charge"fees"
