Why the inconsistency!
I called a few days ago to request my statement, gentleman helped me and sent me the statement immediately. I called today and spoke to Nomonde (Call ***). WOW. She told me about 48 hours and gave me the story \Thats what we are told". When I asked why the other person was able to send this to me"
