Why is my account with RCS?????

So you sold my account to RCS???? RCS now charging interest! I have had this account for over 10years and have been on an interest free account now all of a sudden an additional R300 is billed each month to my account? This is bull****! I did not do any dealing with RCS and do not want to deal with them! Also, I recently did a refund at this store why is the credit not reflecting?
