WHY IS MY ACCOUNT NOT CLOSED!!! USELESS SERVICE!!!

On 19 Sep I was @ Edgars Wonderpark to request the account to be closed. Accounts department was called to request the outstanding balance was confirmed as R277.82. Until now statements & sms's has been received to request payment of the account after the payment of R277.82 was made in store and the request was to close the account. The request has till now not been processed. Multiple attempts and communication has been sent to Edgars: ***, ***, ***, ***, *** I have spoken to Frederik, Philisiwe,Lwandiso @ Edcon & RCS group

The latest letter received is that I now owe R150.02 but the request was to close the account monthly charges keeps on piling on and the results is not being reached. Every time with every person I get a new statement with a different payment amount owing the account is still open how come these people can not do their job

If Edgars does not want to close my account they can sue me for the R150.02. If my account is not being closed within the next 7 SEVEN days I will consult with the newspapers and my own lawyer for harassment
