WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE MY EDGARS ACCOUNT!!

I have been trying to close my account with Edgars for a couple of months now but to no avail. Every month I still receive a statement for the club fees. Each time I phone and email I get promises that the account will be closed within a couple of days after I pay the settlement amount, which I have done immidiately, for the second time!!! I have yet again received a statement and WILL NOT be paying the outstanding amount. I DEMAND that this amount be reversed IMMEDIATELY and the account closed. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM EDGARS
