Why do you still stock Bradford Shoes?
This is actually not the fault of Edgars, but rather Bradford. However, as Edgars are their supplier and you can't seem to find a SA Bradford number, I feel the supplier should be made aware of issues like this.

I bought a pair of Bradford shoes at the canal walk branch at the end of January. I had the shoes for around 2 weeks when the sole of the right shoe completely split. I gave the Edgars customer call centre a call and they advised me that they would offer a refund/exchange if I went through to the Canal Walk store with the proof of purchase. I actually did not have the slip anymore and they were actually very accommodating and arranged that I go through to the store with the shoes (for them to inspect, and make sure that they were obviously relatively new) which I was perfectly happy with. The service at the store was very good, I can unfortunately not remember the ladies' name that helped me, and she allowed me to swap for another pair of Bradford shoes.

Now 1 month later, and the sole is splitting from the side of the shoe?? Why do Edgars continue to stock these below grade shoe brand?!!? It's obvious by the other complaints that this brand tends to break all too often.
