WHY CAN'T I CLOSE MY EDGARS ACCOUNT?

I cannot seem to close this account no matter how may email I send and how many calls I make! Please help!

I have paid this account in full and final settlement in May this year. I am still receiving statements with amounts owing! I have not purchased on this account for over 2 years.
