why are you ******** people???
edgards is really putting me through a lot. This is the second review i'm putting in. They are don't communicating . I just want my money back. I placed my order on the 1st of May and when i realized that the order is not being processed i asked them to cancel my order on the 15th of May . today is the 26th of May and the order hasn't been cancelled. All i'm asking for is for my money back. I want absolutely nothing to do with edcon anymore.

26 May 2020, 16:33i cancelled the damn order on the 15th , why was it not cancelled on the 15th when i called. i don't want this phone i want my money back . i called on the 15th and cancelled the order. why was my request not done. You telling me about the 24th while i called again on the 20th to check if it was successfully cancelled and the said the cancellation is done. the 24th is way after the i have been calling and begging edgards to cancel my order. this doesn't make sense I want my money and i'm taking this further to the ombudsman i'm not going to allow this.
