Who to pay Edgars or RCS

Since RCS took over Edcon its been a hassle to get my account paid.When contacted RCS they said to pay i to their EDCON RCS account,paid 2 months now EDgars cant find my payment..send through all the proof of payments but still its not solved.Paid over R700 now nobody knows where the .oney went to.Who do you need to pay then RCS or WDGARS.Please can somebody resolve this!!!!
