Where is the so called friendly and helpful customer service??

<p>We went through a horrible ordeal where we were ****** while we were sleeping. My purse with all my cards were taken as well. Today I went to get my new Edgars card where I was met by the most unfriendly customer services. I was able to get a certified copy of my id, which I was able to use to get my other cards. This lady was very rude and just said she wants my real id. When I tried to explain what happened she just said She wants my real id. This is very unacceptable and not proper customer service!!! </p>
