Where is my online order??????????

Edgars when is the end of business day for you, because you said I'll get a response regarding my orders before end of business day on Monday but I'm still waiting to this day? I've tried communicating with you through Facebook, Hellopeter , and your online site but still nothing. How can a package be in transit since November? To top it all off I get a call from the courier company saying that you gave them numbers to call including mine but they haven't received any package to deliver from you. Are you really trying to pacify your customers with empty promises? no wonder your company is a sinking ship, you don't care about your customers at all, all you care about is taking their money. I'm busy paying for something that I don't even have because you've already deducted the money from my account. if I don't receive anything by the end of next week I want my refund, I am tired of waiting .
