WHEN WILL MAY NAME BE CLEARED????

I had an Edgars account that I couldn't pay when I was not working. Now I have paid up my account via Norman and Bissett and Associates, till today my name has not been cleared no feedback whatsoever from Edgars. I was dealing with Ingrid Mann from Norman B who told me that you guys have not given her feedback in regards to my account. I had to beg for the letter from you guys as well. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 14 DAYS TILL TODAY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED NOR HAVE I RECEIVED FEEDBACK FROM YOU OR NORMAN BISSETT. Can somebody get back to me ASAP. I am not treated fairly on this matter all.
