WHACK SERVICE BY THE WHOLE EDGARS JUBILEE MALL STORE MANAGER(JAN by name)

So in December 2021 I went to Edgars Jubilee mall in Hammanskraal to exchange my lay bye. The whole store manager Jan was very rude and had a stinking attitude. When I ask him for the Head Office's contact details he told me he does NOT know them and that I should google them. I mean how does one become a store manager of such a huge store and not have HO numbers?

So disappointed in the service I received from the WHOLE STORE MANAGER.

Will never set my foot in that store ever again for as long as he still manages it.
