I lodged an online complaint/query on your website 24 hours ago and have not had any feedback:<br> <br> I purchased a pair of All Star Chuck Taylor hi top canvas shoes in charcoal for +-R700 in cash from Edgars Cavendish Square about 6 months ago and the stitching and canvas is coming loose from just regular every day wear and tear.<br> <br> I do not retain proof of purchases/sales dockets.<br> <br> My nearest stores are Long Beach Mall and Blue Route.<br> <br> Please advice and/or support me.<br>

We only refund and exchange provided that; there is a proof of purchase, the items are in good condition and within 30 days. But it differs with branded items, however a receipt is required as we are not the only retail selling that brand. We apologise for the overall experience, but we cannot assist without the proof of purchase.
