Waterfall gets it right

<p>Waterfall Edgars just gets it right every time. First of all their security gaurds are very fiendly. Every single time I have walked into and out of the store I have been greated with a warm hello or good bye followed by a friendly smile. The staff are more than willing to go the extra mile and help you look for what you are looking for, they even go to the store room (and they atually go and look in the store room for things not on the shelves , and not pretend that they do, they actually go look for the size and style you want). They take the time to help you look for the right sizes and what ever you are looking for. I was looking for jeans and the friendly staff member couldn't find the size and style that I wanted. Two hours later I came back to the store and the same staff member saw me and wanted to check if I had come right with something else. How awesome is that?? You dont get service like this very often!!! I cant emphasis enough how helpful and friendly the staff are.</p> <p> </p> <p>The store is incredibly clean and neatly packed. I honestly love shopping at Waterfall Edgars.</p> <p> </p> <p>The managers I had to place in another paragraph as they honestly are doing a brilliant job. I have seen one manager several times in the store (not entirely sure of his name but he helped me replace my cologne). He has never failed to greet me and any of my friends.
