Please ensure you check your account and what you are being debited for. I now see on my account Funeral cover / and mobile content / and accident fees being deducted that I never authrorised. The I spend 45 minutes trying to get through only to get told to phone 3rd parties to cancel .. and the cant even find me on their system. ITS totally ridiculos - Been a client for 35 years - Im closing this account asap !!!
