WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Gateway branch today @ 16:22 rec no :***. To my surprise when I unpack my shopping at home, a pair of sneakers was scanned as 2 quantity yet I bought 1. Words can't explain how frusted I am about this, I only bought 2 items, surely that's not difficult to see. Worse now I will have to drive back to Gateway which is very FAR from where I reside. The level of incompetence.

I demand that Edgards does a refund in my debit card without me having to travel all the way to getaway. U can view the futage to view how many items I bought.
