WASTE OF TIME
<p>1 July 2016, I had been to Edg*****astrand Mall, to return an item-WITH MY TILL SLIP for an item purchased two days ago.</p> <p>Three DIFFERENT managers had to be called to make a SINGLE decision. . . ??????</p> <p>An hour of my time was wasted due to *********** staff - being unable to make a decision.</p> <p>Your "QUALITY OF SERVICE " is disgusting, with NO regard for the customer's time wasted in your store. To date, this is THE MOST ********** STORE - with useless employees. </p>
