Wasn't assisted and the service was very bad

On the 02 September 2015 I went to the store to buy some cosmetics , then I got interested in buying a maybelline lipstick but my concern was there was no one to advice at the make upcenter that will assist even worse there was no testers on theirshelfs, when I ask they told me that the lady was off . Then the same day when I got to work it wasn't a colour I wanted if there was a tester it wasn't going to be a problem , I went back tell the store manager and she told me that it's my fault , I should have not taken it .she wasn't helpful at all , then she told me i must come back the following day , went I went back even his senior management told me that they can't take it back ..I don't understand because if they had a taster and make up advisor , they promise to call maybelline because they told me it's not even their fault that there's no testers .<br> I don't like this colour I want another colour , I don't understand why they can't just take it back because I came the same day not after days , I'm writing to you knowing that you will help me to get what I want<br> <br> <br> <br>
