Warning, esp. for pensioners regarding Edgars and Blue Label MobiIe

An amount of R59 was added to my Edgars account since April 2023. I contacted Edgars and I was told to contact Blue Label. The R59 is a Blue Label subscription which I did not request. I contacted Edgars and Blue Label many times to cancel the subscription and to reverse the charges because I did not sign any contract. After many calls and emails to Edgars and Blue Label the subscription is now cancelled in October 2023 but Blue Label refuses to reverse the charges. Blue Label said that according to there investigation I telephonically agreed to the contract and they have a recording as proof. As I know that this is not true, I asked to hear the recording and I was told that they will email the recording to me in 2 weeks time because they have to go through the records to find it. If the recording is proof why does Blue Label have to still find the recording. Blue Label and Edgars is conning clients by saying that they have a recording contract as proof and they are adding a R59 fee to the Edgars account. Pensioners are mostly the target.
