Want my Refund
I purchased an item as a gift and unfortunately the size was incorrect. I then purchased another gift and need to have this item returned. The item has not been used and I still have the slip, yet you refuse to give me a refund? WHY? I paid in cash, so I should get it back ....I do not want your vouchers. no one can give me a proper answer as to why I cant get my refund...im told its policy...WANT MY REFUND

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. As per our telephonic discussion, kindly be advised our refund and exchange policy is part of the service we render to our customers.
Please note our items are priced according to season. Merchandise that is purchased in winter will sell for half price in summer. Chances are the item will go for half the price of what you paid. As per our returns and exchange policy stated at the back of all our Edcon till slips: We will exchange or refund products provided that: there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip or gift receipt; o it is within 30 days of purchase; o it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e.; the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable) it is unworn and unused and the price ticket is attached.
