Waiting over a month for delivery

I ordered my order *** over a month ago and still have not received it. This is pathetic and i want to know where the order is and why it took so long. I am not even able to track it cause it doesnt get updated. On the 17th it says it was out for delivery but still nothing. I have called numerous times and the consultants dont know what to say and being on the phone for over 45minutes each time. This is ridiculous and it is invoiced already which means I will need to make payment for things i dont have. Consultants also promised that someone would call me but that did not happen either
