Waiting for refund....4 months and counting...

Can someone please assist and follow through? This is the third complaint in this regard without action. I require a refund on an overpaid account. Have been struggling with this for over 4 months. Really?! At first Tokollo Molokeng appeared to be able to assist, but she has gone quiet over the last months.
