Waiting EXTREMELY long for an online order!!!

Good day, I have been waiting for MORE than 3 weeks going on 4 for an Edgards online order to be delivered. This order was already confirmed 15 May 2020. I think that this delay is totally unacceptable as Edgars should have foreseen an influx of online orders during the lockdown. I phoned multiple times and was given empty promises that it will be delivered within the week I phoned, sometimes i couldn't even get though. We received deliveries from other stores that had arrived within a week. This is extremely frustrating with no feedback given to the customer. I would urge customers to definitely not use Edgars online. Extremely frustrated.
