Waiting 20 days for refund no product received

<p>On 24 February I ordered some things from Red Square online, for the first time (never again… I might add).</p> <p>I was then informed the day thereafter that one of the items I ordered was actually not in stock and they will refund me.</p> <p>It is now 15 March and I am yet to receive my refund. I have phoned and emailed 3 times with no reply… only a reference number…. ********** 0581/GO</p> <p>I am very disappointed as due to their incompetencies to keep their stock updated online, I could not get the product I wanted - this I understand, but what angers me is that I have to chase Edcon to get my money back for products not received. Not only asking once, but 3 times with no reply - only automated emails.</p>
