Vuyo Bisha unhappy Edgars customer

I have an account with Edgars and I have been paying it for years without being in arrears not even ones. They've been deducting airtime money on my account for almost 2years and I dont receive it. I tried stopping it several times but it still happening. I dont even know what to do anymore other than closing my account as soon as I pay it off.
