Vouchers not received

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I have account in Edgars i am fedup with your OTA system Last week i bought a R29 Vodacom airtime i didn't receive the voucher i called your call center and no one could assist me instead i wasted more airtime trying to get help and this is not the first i am experiencing this kind of services.in August or September i bought a R100 telkom Mobile and i received Telkom Landline which i didnt use even today.Can you please Resolve this or i will be forced cancel my account.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Themba Sambo<br /> ********** 548<br /> ********** 078</p>
