Voucher unredeemable

<p>I bought a Red Square Sampler Box Men's Sampler Box as a present for my husband. He was not able to use the voucher since Feb as it can only be redeemed at a Red Square store. This is not something i was made aware of. All Edgars stores sell fragrances, so i did not think that this voucher can only be used at a Red Square store. We do not live close to any Red Square store, so this R999 voucher is useless to us. I tried to use this voucher online, with no success. When i phone the Red Square call centre they simply say they cannot assist.</p>
