VODACOM CHEATING US AND SELLING US TO EDCON
I am stuck and can not go with my life, Edgars say i took out a contact with one of their sister company RMCS and that they gave me airtime which i do not recall taking such with them.
Now my phone has been ****** and i need to do a sim swap , and when i call vodcom they say my account and number is a contract number which is with RMCS and when i call RMCS they telling me that is cancelled on their side.
So please people i am stuck edgars gave me something that i dont want and never signed for. now i am stuck and my customers need to call me my business is stuck between vodacom and EDCON this companies dont care about us they just want to benefit

04 Jan 2019, 09:02I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE , When i call i spoke to a lady by the name of NOLOTHANDO MDANYANA Who does not care about people she put me on hold for more than 10 min until my airtime finished.
All i want is to do a simple sim swap and get my so called subscription cancelled from this RMCS.
This is very frustrating please people stay away from Edagrs they are a bunch of ********* and have useless employees that keep you holding on for so long.
