Violation of Human rights!
I have a Gift Card for R500 and I learnt to my horror that I can't use this to pay my account. I feel this is against my human Rights! They are deciding how I must spend my money. Other chain stores accept gift cards for account payments.

08 Nov 2019, 16:33Not satisfied with the reply. I still feel my rights as a customer have been violated. Surely as a customer I should have the right to use the money on the gift card as I wish. If asyou say it you do not accept it as payment you need to re look at your outdated policy. The government wants people to get put of debt, but you prefer people to get into more debt, by not accepting the gift card as payment. When the card was purchased you had no problem accepting the purchase. The card is money, isn't it??
