Violation

Edgars wants to hold me accountable for a subscription that i never authorized. They insist that they called me to subscribe to a service and yet the number enlisted on the profile does not belong to me.

The last i checked, calls are recorded for quality purposes and verification needs to be done so how did they receive authorization to credit my account. Isn't this against consumer protection act? To make matters worse, no one calls me back and i have to consistently call in. This is been going on for a month. REG: RR***
