very very very bad service

They are the most *********** people to deal with ever. I have been trying for the last five months to close the account with no luck. The club fees now show a balance of R250 which i now refuse to pay because if they had closed the account back then, this would not be the case. The call center is no better because they just put the phone down in your ear. I will never deal with these idiots again.
