Very very bad service and ********** consultant

A consultant at Eastgate Edgars **********ly put policies under my name, I reported this on 2 February 2021 at Greenstone. I went back on 5 February and was promised reversals and cancellation will be done on 8 February. Today I get the statement and those policies are there and no reversals done, I am expected to pay R468 for things that I never app**** for. I have been with Edgars for 12 years and never had any problems. I am so upset and I am thinking of going to Eastgate and deal with that consultant myself, she cannot expect to get commission by de*****ing people. I want those reversals done and a new statement with my family funeral and parent funeral only to be sent to me. I have complained on twitter so many times, sent so many emails but all that is ignored. Next step is the Ombudsman.
