Very very bad service

Good day , I'm very dessapointed with the the service I'm getting i bought online product I received a wrong product i called to and advise the agent an he told that i must do it myself online he cant do it on his side I did it was on 10th March 2020 on the received email asking for Ref I replayed i even took a picture i called before lockdown asking when are you guys coming to take the product I have been advise i will get a call from you guys there is nothing follow ups i have done that ko calls from you during lockdown i called excuse im getting we cant come and take it its lockdown now currently courrier companies are working im still with this product and im still told the samething i will get a call from you im very dissapointed i wanna use the account but i cant because of this product and you guys gaining interest from it .
