Very upset

I had an account with Edgars and it was handed over. So i paid up the account on 26th of October 2015 and i called the call centre same and requested a paid up letter and also requested them to update on the credit bureau and the lady called Zinhle said the paid up letter takes 48hrs and to update it takes between 4to 10days, and i got the paid up letter on the 30th and now im surprised today when i draw my credit report the listing is still there. When i call trans union the say they did not receive anything from Edgars because if they did they were going to update it immediately. So now im very much angry because the 10days has already passed and they did not send any request to the bureau now my personal things are stuck because of this nonsense. I had my reasons why i asked them to send a request to the bureau that is why i even asked how long does it take to update it and she told me that 4 to 10days. This is totally unacceptable because now they received their money and now they dont want to clear my name. I wont ever make a mistake and do business with edgars again. If this matter is not resolved withini 48hrs, i will take further actions against them and THIS IS NOT A JOKE!
