Very Unhappy with Edgars

I am so disgusted with Edgars. I paid up my account with them on 17 March 2021. The lady at Kolonade Edgars even called the Headquarters so I can confirm ny entire amount to close it. Everything went well. I had to pay over R3000, to ensure my account is closed. Iinformed them i want to close my account and all yhe **** insurances they billed me are also to br cancelled and stopped. Now all of a sudden the last two weeks i receive credit controlled people from Edgars telling me to pay my account. Apparently an amount over R200. 10 people already phoned me to tell me this story and i keep telling them my story. Everytime the person calling indicate they will make a note but still i receive phone calls. I even got a Edgars whatsapp nr whereby i raised my frustration now this person tells me about a cancellation letter which i was supposed to write to cancel my account. What a pile of bollox. I never ever wrote a cancellation letter to any store to close my account. What can i do now. I am not liable for this additional billing. Afterall i even send them a copy of my receipt paid and still they come up with this nonsense
