VERY UNHAPPY EDGARS ACCOUNT HOLDER

I have been an Edgars Account holder for over 30 years and always been on a 6 months interest free account. From last year September 2020, i was then just put over to a 20 months (interest charged) by ...........(i think a Gost). That's where my battle stared. Finally in Feb 2021 they transferred the interest back to my account. Then the next statement i get, some purchase is back on 20 months and a smaller amount on 6 months interest free. I also have two funeral policies through them - and would you know .......i get charged interest on that as well. I contacted the Insurance company and they told me if i settle my Edgars account, i can still keep my two policies. now another battle starts. TO GET EDGARS TO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE TWO POLICIES. I have sent emails, one after the other. no success whats so ever. i am so desperate to just speak to somebody that knows what is actually going on in Edgars Accounts department. they are totally clueless
