Very unhappy client

In November2021 my account was at about ±R 8400 but since then untill February 2022 I have been paying R1000 each month which makes a total amount of R 4000,,,but my current Balance is still R7232.61 which means all my effort of paying this account is in vain

I found out that I pay for Voda mobile R69,Cell C airtime R78 ,insurance for two cell phones, one is R42 and another is R53. And a lot of sale charges of which I don't know them as I don't frequently buy, I feel it's an inside job this one. I am so angry because I have wasted +- R170 airtime trying to resolve this but all that effort was in vain,, promised by the insurance offices that they will call back,so that I cancel but it's 07th day today no one bothered to call me. I only get emails that tells me about the high volume of email they receive of which I don't care about.
