Very poor service delivery!!

I placed an online order which included 2 x bath mats and one toilet pedestal mat, all in the same shade. The goods arrived but the one bathmat was not wrapped in plastic as the other two items were, it was very badly shop soiled and it was a very different colour and texture compared to the other bath mat. I have emailed Customer Care but there is no response. I enjoy online shopping but will not be visitng the Edgars website any time soon!!!
