very horrible and humiliating

hi. I was at edgards cradle stone mall yesterday . I wanted to buy tekkies hat were on sale. the price on the outside of the box was written R99.99 by pen and red sticker. when I got to the till the cashier refused to sell them for the price. i requested for the manager. the managers name is Dineo she also refused to sell the shoe to me and gave me attitude. telling to contact edgars head office, she also told me that she will prove to e who she was I wont buy that shoe with the price on the box. 2 she also made fun of me in front of her stuff and other customers. she further chased me from the till telling e that i am blocking the queue for consumers who wanted to buy unlike me.

I called edgarS head office, logged an query with a lady i think her name is thimbIle I cant remember. she kept on acting as thou my line was not clear. she promised to handle this query. 24 hours later no one has called me .

AS PER THE CONSUMER ACT, IT IS MY WRITE TO BU THE ITEM AS PER PRICE ON THE ITEAM. I am still demanding to buy this puma or R99.99.
