Very Disappointed – Incorrect Items Received

I am writing with a heavy heart and deep disappointment regarding my recent order, #***. I had been looking forward to receiving the items I carefully selected for my husbands graduation.

unfortunately, I received 2 X pants instead of a full suite ( which is what I purchased) . Where is the common sense of the incompent staff . who would buy 2 x pants of the exact same colour!

This has not only caused frustration but also disrupted my plans as their turnaround time does not work into the schdule of dates.

Your organisation has turned a happy event into one of stress and fraustration. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue as soon as possible and advise on how it can be resolved. Ideally, I would like the correct items sent to me without further delay.
