Very bad service with attitude

I was there on 29/08/2017. Which is a Tuesday morning round about 11:00. So no rush. I was looking at handbags and having picked the one i wanted i had to ask one of 3 ladies next to me for assistance on getting one that wasnt all scuffed up. With attitude she told me it was the only one and turned her back. I asked her if she could maybe phone a nearby store to check stock she walked away and fetched a lady who was applying make up to herself. Her reply was, this is the only stock, again i asked for the phone option, she clicked her toungue and reluctantly went to the back to make a phone call, she hasnt come out after 15 minutes yet
