Very bad service from Edgars

Edgars service is pathetic. Still waiting for an order placed online on the 19th of May for Click and Collect. According to the tracking info, the order has already been delivered to the Edgars store on the 6th of June, but the store says I must wait for them to notify me. It is now the 15th of June.....how pathetic is that??? And the order number is ***, order tracking number is EFC***. Please tell the staff at the store I want to collect my order ASAP!
