Very bad service

It’s a month now that i have tried to cancel my club vip that they have activated for some reason, only they will know why. Send 3 emails already, on the phone for more than 30min and then they cut you off, been to the shop itself and then the staff there also put you on the phone. I’ve had it. I am closing my account. I have enough proof from my side that i have tried to resolve the matter. They went from a leader in customer service to nothing....
