Very bad service

Online shopping at Edgar is horrible, you get to deal with a bunch of careless people. I bought an item at Edgars online and never delivered my parcel on time, then I called to make a follow up I was told that their driver couldn't find me at the provided address when I asked which address it was wrong yet their driver has been claiming not to find me at the address. They have been cancelling my delivery for three days without calling to find out what's the problem. Their staff at the call center is very rude that they even hanged up the call on me, when I escalated the matter to their customer service executive they still wouldn't do a damage control, they are so ***********, I am not happy that I had to suffer for the their careless unprofessional customer service, they don't have a customer service sense at all.
