Very bad service

Edgars wonderpark in the northern side of Pretoria the worst store I’ve ever visited with an arrogant store manager ( a light in complexion guy). I visited the store on a Sunday to purchase a cellphone for my son.

I went to the cellphone counter there were to customers in front of me. The process of selling a cellphone it took 30 to 45 minutes with one customer as they have to rica the SIM card and activate the cellphone in store. I do not blame the sales consultant as that is the procedure. What I had a problem with it was the fact that only one person was working at the cellphone counter. She has to also go take out the phones.

I went to the inquiry to ask for the store manager and I was showed the guy I described above. He was so arrogant to me as I was explaining that we’ve been waiting there for too long and mind you I’m pregnant by then. He just looked at me and continued to talk to his colleagues.

I will never ever visit that store. I’ll go shop at Edgars Kolonnade if I need anything from that store. And I will tell my friends and family also not to shop there
