Very bad service

I opened a funeral cover at Edgar’s in Kempton park after sometimes I felt I don’t need it, I cancelled it then they said I owe them.I don’t understand what I owe them for because what I know is that when you don’t pay a funeral cover it lapse but I still get messages from nimble to say I owe Edgar’s Please help with this people because they put me on credit
