Very bad service

I don't understand why Edgars stores do things differently, it's frustrating.

In Pretoria Wonderpark and Kolonade stores act like they are not owned by same company.

At Wonderpark I lay buy clothes including those which were on special and sale, which was confirmed by your head office but after that I went to your shop in Kolonade because I didn't find other stuff I was looking for. To my surprise the people in Kolonade refused me to lay buy.

I am very disappointed with your service, I always support Edgars and buy my clothes on lay buy everytime.
