Very bad manners and disrespectful!

Very bad experience from their collection department. A guy called me just now, said his name is "Gunda"?? And directly told me that I have to pay today, and at what time and where would I be making the payment TODAY? I am unemployed for the past 2 years, and doing my best every month to make payments to everyone, and have been paying all my debt for the 2 years, by doing my own sideline work here and there. But to have an attitude like this towards clients to tell them his not our boss because i'm unemployed is not funny and disrespectful, and gives Edgars and the whole Edcon group a bad name, is that why they are closing or under so much debt? As a result of their collection department with bad manners?
