Very bad experience at Edgar's fourways
<p>Went to open Edgar's account. I had the worst experience regarding customer service and people don't understand the condition of a permit . And ************** where you come from and which passport you hold .</p>
As discussed telephonically feedback confirming the status of your account application was communicated to you while instore by the store manager. Your account applaication was not declined based on your citizenship but declined bacause the missing document that you failed to produce. As per your confirmation you will revist the store to apply again with all the supporting documents requested.
